SUMMER ART CAMP: YOUTH ECO ART
Youth Summer Camp (Eco Art)
Mon. Aug. 20 – Thurs. Aug. 23

Station Gallery's youth camp will focus on the idea of the natural environment. Participants will enjoy a variety of environmentally themed hands-on art projects. All activities are sure to inspire creative thought and make summer camp a memorable experience!
ANIMATED ANIME
Sat. February 18 – March 24
10 – 16 years

Put your child’s love of video games, movies and comic books onto paper. Learn how to draw your favourite characters using Anime and Manga style. Students will be guided step-by-step to develop their own characters and style. Students will learn a variety of simple and fun techniques in this art form originating from Japan. All materials are included in the course fee. (4 sessions)

Express your creativity and individual style! A place for young people to express themselves through various mediums! This program has been designed to engage young people in art. Participants are mentored by professional artists in a fun, supportive and creative environment. If you are inspired by art, join us for free drop in sessions to work with artists on stencilling, mixed media projects and more! Pre-registration required for each session.

LET'S PAINT
Sat. January 28 – February 11
10 – 16 years

Experiment with colour! Using acrylic paints, students will mix colours and learn how to make basic shapes look three dimensional, play with different tones and variations. All materials are included in the course fee. (3 sessions)

CREATING COMICS - SPRING/SUMMER '12

Participants will learn the basics of comics in this comic workshop and will work with a variety of materials such as pencil and pen and ink. All materials are included in the course fee. (3 sessions)
